Basic registration is for the gala dinner and welcome cocktail and Bosphorous cruise (70 Euro).
Lunch tickets will be available for purchase for accompanying persons.
If there is sufficent number of accompanying persons requesting to take part, we shall organize some tours. Mrs. Nesrin Atik will be in touch with you informing of the tours and their cost.

Cancellation policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 15/08/2023. There will be an administrative fee of $ 200 deducted from each refund.
